 Mollie Dean, CRNP:

Kelly Sadler, CRNP:

  • Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.


We accept anyone, ages 16 and up. 


Our affordable service remains valuable with or without insurance.  We afford our patients an opportunity to skip long wait times and high copay costs while still receiving high quality care for many medical conditions.


Coastal Health Connect addresses gaps in healthcare by offering treatment for minor health issues, sexual health services, and mental health management. These underserved areas are our focus. We provide referrals and recommendations if we can't meet a specific need, but our service does not replace comprehensive primary care. We advise using our service alongside a primary care physician for a more holistic approach to healthcare. 


Conditions eligible for treatment include, but not limited to:

  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Seasonal Allergy Symptoms
  • Common Cold
  • Sinus Infection
  • Cold Sore
  • Gastroenteritis
  • Constipation
  • Flu/COVID
  • Muscle Strains
  • Back pain / Neck pain
  • Heartburn / Indigestion
  • Migraine headache
  • Pink Eye
  • Urinary Tract Infection
  • Yeast Infection
  • Ear Infection
  • Sexually Transmitted Disease
  • Hormonal Contraception


Once a patient enrolls with Coastal Health Connect, whether through employer, school, or individual subscription, they will receive a welcome email outlining all next steps and connecting them to their patient portal.  Patient will fill out intake demographic form and will be enrolled in our system.  From that point, they will be able to request consults whenever needed. Individual appointments can expect to receive an intake form to their email after scheduling. Prescriptions for treatment will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of their choosing. All visit requests will be met within 24 hours, generally much sooner.


  • Detailed evaluation of symptoms
  • Timely care (no waiting rooms)
  • Discussion about diagnosis and treatment options
  • Prescription for treatment, when applicable
  • Recommendations for medical specialists should additional services be needed
  • Option for return visit if symptoms do not improve during anticipated time frame


  • In person physical examination
  • Costs for additional lab testing, prescription drug costs
  • Prescriptions for any controlled medications (ex: Adderall, Vyvanse,
